Trevor Martin
Architect
Trevor began his architectural path as a draftsman before becoming a Registered Architect in Colorado. His work reflects nearly twenty years of collaboration with Tommy and balances clarity, movement, and emotional resonance, influenced by his background as a professional cyclist who reads landscape through rhythm and flow.
Stacy Lake
Architect
Stacy is a Registered Architect in Colorado, licensed since 2006, and brings nearly two decades of architectural experience to the region. He serves on Telluride’s Historic Architectural Review Commission, where his expertise in preservation and contextual design strengthens both the community and the work he brings to the studio.
Mike Balser
Architect
Mike brings over thirty years of experience working in Telluride and is known for his ability to navigate the complex jurisdictions of the Town of Telluride, Mountain Village, and San Miguel County. His early work restoring Brooklyn brownstones shaped his lifelong appreciation for character, craft, and the stories buildings carry, and he brings that same care and insight to every project he touches.
KT McLeod
Architect
KT earned her Master of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design, an education that shaped her sensitivity to light, material, and landscape. With deep family roots in Telluride, she designs with a sense of belonging to these mountains and creates work that feels grounded, honest, and connected to place.
Devon Reed
Architect
Devon studied Architectural Drafting and Design in Phoenix and brings more than twenty-five years of experience in Colorado’s high country. He is a master of REVIT modeling and architectural documentation, blending deep technical clarity with a lifelong connection to the San Juan Mountains.
Steven Fassett
Architect
Steven brings decades of experience in luxury residential design, blending creativity and technical expertise with a deep respect for craftsmanship. His path to architecture began with a school project and evolved into a lifelong pursuit of thoughtful, high-quality design. Based in Utah, he finds balance in the outdoors and time spent with his family.
Lydia Van Arsdell
Architect
Lydia studied architecture at the University of Colorado Boulder, where her interest in the relationship between people, nature, and design first took shape. She approaches each project with curiosity and purpose, guided by the belief that thoughtful architecture can create meaningful change.
Ashleigh du Preez
Architect
Ashleigh earned her Master of Architecture from Nelson Mandela University in South Africa, where cultural diversity and a strong sense of place shaped her design philosophy. She creates spaces that feel authentic and grounded, guided by context, identity, and the stories each landscape holds.
