A modern coastal outpost of concrete, breeze, and palms—Litibú Beach Club balances industrial clarity with the ease of tropical living.
Set along the Pacific coast of Nayarit, the Litibú Beach Club is designed as a modern coastal outpost—simple, enduring, and deeply rooted in its tropical setting. Raised slightly above grade to preserve views and breeze, the architecture is shaped by rhythm and repetition: modular structures built in board-formed concrete, softened by open brick screening and framed by palms planted decades ago.
A rooftop bar crowns the building, its timber structure offering shade, breeze, and an open view to the horizon. On the ground level, spaces open fully to the beach—where stone, travertine, and wood-toned composites provide texture, durability, and warmth. Across the street, Lot 5 holds the working side of the club: service, staff housing, and quiet support tucked behind the scenes. Designed to age with the climate and require little maintenance, the Beach Club balances industrial clarity with a relaxed, tropical spirit.
